Appointment Policy

We know your time is valuable to you and your pet. To allow adequate time for each patient and have less waiting time, we see our patients on an appointment basis. Our regular appointments do book up fast, so please plan accordingly. We also offer drop off appointments to help accommodate a busy schedule. Our Financial Policy and Options

At the Colville Animal Hospital, we make every effort to charge reasonable and fair prices to support the most progressive medicine and surgery. We understand our clients have a variety of financial needs and we have no desire to extend anyone beyond his or her means. An estimate of charges is available upon request.

All accounts must be paid in full before an animal can be discharged.

We offer a number of ways to pay for your pet’s veterinary needs. We gladly accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We also offer John Deere Financial or CareCredit, a seperate line of credit which allows our approved clients to make monthly payments. On your approved credit we can usually have your account set-up in fifteen minutes.
